The first part of Passive is that He gains Movement Speed on every Kill or Assist he gets. It stacks up to 10 times.

The second Part of Passive allows him to Enhance his Skills with Various Effects.

• This way you can get both Ultimate and Enhanced Skill 2. If you level up Skill 2 at Level 3, then you cannot enhance Skill 2 as your Enhance will be used on Ultimate. The knock-airborne effect is the effect that secures your Kills.
• Try to use Skill 1 to steal Buffs from Enemies especially Blue Buff. It may also give you First Blood.
