Mobile Legends Harley is the young Magician of the world of Mobile Legends Bang Bang.

Harley is very Easy to play if you know how to aim your skills properly. Harley can easily harass enemy and also secure a kill while doing it.

Harley if played as Hyper Carry then it is recommended to have another carry in team who can carry during Late Game Phase.

Harley has upper Hand only in Early Game and Mid-Game. Late Game Harley may be sustained which makes his combo a failure.

Mobile Legends Harley Lane

Harley is played in Middle Lane only and he is supposed to roam and gank continuously to enemies.

Harley has very high Mobility due to his Skill 2. Harley Ultimate and Skill 1 combo is what makes Harley, a Deadly Mage.

Passive Magic Master

Harley deals Magic Damage through his Basic Attacks.

Whenever Harley attacks any Enemy, he will reduce Enemy’s Magic Defence by 2 points for 3 seconds.

This effect can be stacked up to 15 points. In total it will reduce Magic Defence by 30 points.

Whenever you have Lesley as an Ally, Harley and Lesley both receive 10 HP.

Skill 1 Poker Trick

Harley throws 3 Cards in a straight line. Every 2 levels number of cards in increased by 1. In total, he throws 5 Cards at maximum level.

Each time his card hits an enemy, his Attack Speed will be increased by 40 % for 3 seconds. At Maximum Level, it will increase Attack Speed by 50 %.

Skill 2 Space Escape

Harley leaves his Hat behind and teleports in front. Harley will increase his own Movement Speed by 30 % for 2 seconds.

Use within 4 seconds to return to your Hat.

Ultimate Skill Deadly Magic

Harley shoots a ring on his target. Enemies can block the ring.

Enemies hit by the ring receive damage after 4 seconds. Damage can be increased on the amount of damage you deal after the ring.

Higher the basic attacks and skills used, higher the Damage from the ring.

MLBB Harley Skill Combo

While playing Harley you should be patient in the Early Game to kill your Enemy.

Don’t just charge on any Enemy, wait for your main target, i.e., Mage, Marksman, Assassin and Support.

Use Ultimate on your target, then follow up with a Basic Attack. Use Skill 1 to hit Enemy and then again use Basic Attack.

Remember that more the damage you deal to Enemy during your Ultimate, more damage the enemy will receive.

Use Bush for your advantage.
Hiding in bush will secure the possibility of getting a successful kill.
Always use Ultimate first then Attack with Basic Attacks and Skill 1.
Always rotate first to Enemy Marksman Lane. Aim for Easy Targets in the Early Game to gain an Upper Hand.
After getting properly fed by those ganks. Start aiming for Tanks too who are out of position and can easily die.
During Late Game Phase, always wait for Squishy Targets before you engage the enemy. Harley Late Game damage can One-shot Squishy Players but not Tanks and Fighters.

Harley should use Mage Emblem with Talent Mystery Shop. His Items for Purchase a bit costly.

Harley Mage emblem Talent points should be invested in

Agility or Mastery: Agility will provide more Movement Speed which I recommend you all, as this will help in continuous ganking. Mastery can also opt but Harley already has a very low Cooldown, so Cooldown Reduction is not much required, and Cooldown Reduction by Items is more than sufficient.
Observation: It will increase Magic Penetration greatly.
Mystery Shop: This talent reduces the price of all items by 10%, which helps Harley in buying all the Items faster.

Using Retribution allows you to clear Jungle faster and also help in Early Game Farm which is essential for Harley.

Flameshot

Using Flameshot increases your damage on Ultimate which is very good to finish off an enemy.

Lightning Truncheon – It is the main source of Damage. It will deal Burst type of Damage and deal additional damage based on your Mana. It also deals extra damage by spreading the Magic Damage to enemies as Lightning.
