Mobile Legends Chang’e is one of the easiest, cutest and the scariest mage in the game.

No other mages have high damage, high mobility, and shield like Chang’e. (Esmeralda being the only exception for Shield)

Chang’e has a very a good Passive which allows her to spam her Skills and also allows her to take down Turrets easily too.

Chang’e is such a versatile Mage that she can even the whole game even if your team Hyper Carry is Noob.

Chang’e plays in Middle Lane and provides assistance by continuously roaming the map with Tank.

How to use Chang’e Skills?

Passive Trouble Maker

Whenever Chang’e deals damage to enemies with her skills, she leaves a mark on them which stacks up to 20 times.

Each stack increases the damage dealt by 2 %, giving you a Maximum boost of Damage by 40 %.

Skill 1 Starmoon Shockwave

Chang’e shoots an Energy Ball in straight line, which deals Magic Damage and slows down the enemies.

If Chang’e uses Skill 2 Crescent Moon, then she will shoot additional 4 Energy Balls which also deals Magic Damage to the Enemies and slows them down up to 40 %.

Skill 2 Crescent Moon

Chang’e blesses herself with the power of Crescent Moon. Blessing gives her Enhanced Skills, Enhanced Basic Attack, Shield and Extra Movement Speed.

Blessing remains permanent on Chang’e till the shield remains.

Ultimate Skill Meteor Shower

Chang’e increases her Movement Speed and starts showering Meteors. Total of 30 Meteors are showered which deals Magic Damage.

Using Skill 2 will enhance Meteor Shower which showers extra Meteors.

• Use Skill 2 always to have a shield and extra Movement Speed. It also helps in triggering her Passive more often.
• Use Ultimate in team fights and don’t be afraid on using it on Tanks. Even Tanks cannot sustain her Ultimate Damage.
• Chang’e has very High Basic Attack Damage. Use it to push Towers.
• Chang’e doesn’t need any Lifesteal as she has extremely huge range on her attacks.

Mobile Legends Chang’e Best Emblem Set 2023

Mage emblem is the only emblem that should be used on Chang’e. Since Chang’e has the capabilty of giving Support and dealing Burst Damage at the same time.

• Agility or Mastery: Agility will provide more Movement Speed which I recommend you all, as this will help in continuous ganking.
• Mastery can also be opted but Chang’e already has a very low Cooldown, so Cooldown Reduction is not much required and Cooldown Reduction by Items is more than sufficient.
• Observation: It will increase Magic Penetration greatly.
• Mystery Shop: This talent reduces price of all items by 10%, which helps Chang’e in buying all the Items faster.
• Since Chang’e will not be farming in the whole game, so her gold income will be lower too. Mystery Shop solves this problem for her.

Flameshot is one of the best for Chang’e, it helps Chang’e to clearly snipe enemy with the help of her huge range of Ultimate.

Chang’s Build for Core Items

1. Arcane Boots – It provides Magic Penetration, which allows you to dominate the early game.
2. Clock of Destiny – It is very important as it increases HP and Magic Attack every 30 seconds, up to 10 times. When 10 times HP and Magic Attack is increased, it will give additional Mana and extra 5% Magic Attack.
3. Lightning Truncheon – It is the main source of Damage. It will deal Burst type of Damage and deal additional damage based on your Mana. It also deals extra damage by spreading the Magic Damage to enemies as Lightning.
4. Holy Crystal – It will drastically increase Magic Attack which works well with the combination of Clock of Destiny and Lightning Truncheon.
