There will be a dialogue option to chat with each other.

When you talk with the sim you will have and option to get them to bite you.

To this method to work there is two things to necessary, the werewolf should have the ‘cursed bite’ ability and a good relationship with your character. 

After betting bitten the sim will go through around four stages of transformation before reaching the a fully developed werewolf. 

Next is a similar method involving biting to become a Werewolf in Sims 4, by a sim with Werewolf gene, but this is not with consent or in some other sense during an attack.

So the previous mandates like friendship is not necessary here.

Upon being bitten by a Werewolf your character will contract a disease called werebies, which eventually turns into Werewolf gene.
